Photographing the Seasons - Wakefield Fall

"Wakefield Fall"
(C) Allen Pearson
If you know me at all, you know I don't like the Fall season because it means cooler weather and the colder weather is just around the corner.  And, as fast as life seems to be going, the winter season will be here in a few minutes.

A friend a few years ago pointed out the beauty in the changing of the leaves and suggested I "focus"on that.  I did, and its worked.  Although Fall and Winter are still my least favorite seasons, give me the heat of summer any day, I'm enjoying it more by finding nature's beauty.

I was out on a walk after a class late one fall afternoon when I noticed these leaves in the brush full of green.  Fall is coming they seem to say- but look how beautiful we are today.
