Baby Robins 2

American Robins are my favorite bird to photograph. I like to dignity the bird has. I've watched them over the years and more so as a photographer and have had some fun and even scary experiences with them (fun- while reseeding my yard and digging up areas to sod, a Robin followed me around as if to be asking for the worms in the soil. Scary- accidently got too close to a nest while mulching- trust the bird let me know).

The exciting part of this photo shoot was getting to watch the female bird wait with the babies until the male bird came with "lunch". I didn't get a shot of them feeding as the branches were in the way.
Here are two images from the shoot.
